I will also meditate on all Your work, and talk of Your deeds. Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary. Who is so great a God as our God? (Psalm 77:12-13)
This is another Psalm attributed to Asaph who was a Levite, a worshipper, and a seer (prophetic leader). He wrote Psalms 50, 73–83.
Meditation is more than a silent reflection, it involves speaking out loud while contemplating. There's something very special about rehearsing God's favor and works through your life out loud! Sometimes you need to raise your voice to silence other negative voices in your head.
This Psalm began in despair, but finished in hope. Asaph demonstrated worship as a perspective shift. This is the way of God in His sanctuary, everything changes in His presence. This is the essence of the greatness of God!
